Nactec is a National Computer Technology Commission and have teamed up with the Nigeria Research and Education Network partnering with Airtel all under the National Universities Commission to develop a means whereby the internet will become like the utility item as used at home such as water and light. The commission Nactec wants every homes in Nigeria to be able to access the internet at will and understand more about using the internet. Nactec will also provide an educative means of the harms and damages from internet and how to control these hazards.
